Our community careline services are designed to offer people who are vulnerable a monitoring service in times of emergency, all calls are dealt with efficiently.
We have been offering this service for around eighteen years and is available to clients twenty four hours a day and the response is as fast as humanly possiblöe ensuring our clients wait for the minimum amount of time.
All calls go through our call centre based in Hampshire. This location is in fact the largest centre of its kind in the whole of the country and over one hundred thousand different community carelines are monitored around the clock and we monitor approximately two thousand calls a day, but this is not overwhelming for us.
We have a bespoke call management system that has been designed gor us here so that the careline facility runs efficiently with little time wasted on getting calls to their correct location.
We have many different teams who man the telephone lines so we have enough staff to cover all calls from general enquiries to major emmergencies.
