Consortia and Frameworks

Fusion 21 

Cirrus is an appointed contractor for lot 1 and lot 2 of the Fusion 21 Facilities Management framework agreement. Lot 1 includes fire risk assessments, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment, sprinkler systems and smoke alarms. Lot 2 covers door entry systems, access control, warden call systems, CCTV systems, auto security gates/doors/barriers and communal TV aerials. Fusion 21 is a social economy business which promotes collaboration to save money and create jobs. It offers coordinated buying of both supplies and contractors' services. Government Procurement Service

Cirrus is an approved supplier of Assistive Technologies for the Government Procurement Service (formerly Buying Solutions) Telecare, Telehealth and Telecoaching framework.  The framework agreement covers the purchase, installation, maintenance, monitoring and coaching of telecare and telehealth solutions.  The Government Procurement Service is the national procurement partner for all UK public services, enabling contracting authorities to save time, resources and avoid duplication of effort.  For more information about the Government Procurement Service visit www.buyingsolutions.gov.uk

Northern Housing Consortium

Cirrus is a framework partner for the Assisted Technologies and Fire Safety framework agreements offered through Consortium Procurement . The Assisted Technologies framework covers installation and maintenance of security, fire safety, telecare and telehealth equipment and services. The Fire Safety framework is inclusive of the provision and maintenance of Fire Alarms & Emergency Lighting equipment, as well as maintenance of fire fighting equipment. The NHC is a non-profit making and non political membership organisation. Membership is drawn from Local Authorities, ALMOs, and other registered organisations involved in housing.  The EU procurement directive compliant frameworks are available to members throughout England and Wales. South East Consortium

For members of the South East Consortium (SEC) Cirrus is an official supplier of planned and responsive maintenance, and installation services for warden call systems (lot 3 of the Access Control Systems Framework).
