At Cirrus we offer 24 hour emergency call response for all the properties that we monitor around the country.
We were originally set up in 1988, our goal was to offer an emergency call monitoring service to members of the public who are in a vulnerable position. We are able to give them a means of access to an emergency call response service that is manned every minute of the day by people who arer highly trained in both the system and client care. The actual call centre that responds to the emergency call is based in Hampshire and is one of the biggest call centres in the country abd deals with thousands of calls everyday, each of which is dealt in the most efficient manner.
The emergency calls that we monitor and respond to all go through a state-of-the-art telephone system that we have had made into a bespoke package so it works exactly as we need it to. The system will allow us to reduce any waiting times that people may experience with other call response centres.
There are over one hundred thousand connections being constantly monitored by a team of operators who we have working on shifts that allow the lines to be monitored at all times, this system also benefits from providing us with a stream od data that we can analyse to determine whether we are doing our job efficiently but also swiftly and professional with the care of the client in mind.
