Cirrus was established in 1988 to offer an emergency monitoring service to people of the public who find themselves in a vulnerable position.
There are over fourty members of staff monitoring emergency calls at our call centre in New Milton, this centre is based at the Peverel headquarters and is one of the biggest in the whole of Europe. There are thousands of people who need to know that this system is in place so that they can contact someone in an emergency at any time of the day any day of the year. This is something that we are very aware of so we ensure that the systems are constantly maintained so that they do not misfunction at critical times.
The emergency call monitoring service that we offer has the potential to save our clients lives so we need operators that are highly professional and have the highest level of training, but traits we look for are common sense and efficiency as these factors can be essential in the smooth running of a call centre of this size.
We like to think of our clients as independent people, we feel that the service we offer allows them to have their independence but always knowing that they have someone who they can rely on in a time of emergency. Our serive is for the vulnerable, people who suffer from serious ilnesses and people who live in remote locations, the careline service centre is also there for people who are working in the community as a carer and just need a little time out to do something as simple as the shopping but cannot do anything due to the ilness of the patient they are caring for.
