Communication is vital to the success of an installation
Often the most important part of the installation process isn’t technology focused; it’s about communicating with residents about the changes. As well as planning for the installation itself, Cirrus will organise meetings with residents or attend pre-arranged coffee mornings and discuss any issues or worries they may have about the forthcoming installation work.
We ensure all involved are aware of the dates and scale of the installation works. Our installations range from large integrated systems comprising warden call, door entry, access control, fire and CCTV systems, through to small standalone upgrades.
On all new installations, a Contract Manager and Contract Supervisor will be assigned to oversee the works from start to finish. As an ISO 9001:2000 accredited company, all our processes and procedures are audited by the BSI. This ensures consistently high levels of quality are applied to all work and operations.
Key to the successful installation of any new system is ensuring that it is set up and tested to provide optimum performance and reliability. On all sites our highly experienced engineering staff conducts a final testing and commissioning of systems, prior to handover to the client’s operational staff. We also undertake full end user training to ensure that all members of staff involved are conversant and confident in operating the system.
"Following the 12 month installation programme of BDHT’s 1030 Cat 1 & Cat 2 properties, I would like to thank everyone involved. The installation went smoothly and swiftly and the Cirrus staff worked professionally with excellent communications to the BDHT team from start to finish."
