Integration and delivery
Whether planning the construction of an Extracare village, hospital or office block, the need to integrate technology will enable greater interoperability and ease of adding additional systems or upgrades later.
Often new build constructions select five or six specialist installers to provide elements such as telecommunications, fire detection, disabled refuge, emergency call, access control, CCTV etc. Sometimes these companies have no knowledge of the other companies involved or the technology solutions proposed. The installation of disparate systems not only increases the management time and risks associated with dealing with multiple installers; it also does not take advantage of the technical and operational benefits that full integration can provide.
Cirrus provides integrated solutions that reduce the risk associated with specialist systems. We take design and coordination responsibility for all telecommunications, life safety and security systems. Our solutions are designed so that the clients can be assured of interoperability and the construction chain can be assured that completion is not held up by contractors in dispute.
Cirrus provides:- Simplified procurement and contract management
- Reduced risk - one company holds overall design and coordination responsibility
- Reduced capital cost -components and cabling are not duplicated
Managing complexity is the key to a successful project. Cirrus is experienced in effective installation and manages complex projects using its own methodology.
"It is understandable in projects with large scale and complexity that inevitably things do not always go to plan, that’s life. But what is more important is that you are working with a partner /supplier whose main goal is outcome focused and will do what is ever necessary to resolve the issue. In our experience Cirrus have done this and more"
