Cirrus offers a choice of maintenance plans allowing you to select a plan that best meets the requirements of your organisation and the needs of your residents.
For smaller jobs such as extension of an existing system, minor modifications or adaptions Cirrus has a Small Works department. This service is avaialble to both existing maintenance customers and new clients requiring support on an ad-hoc basis.
Our premium service, includes a 24 hour response (four hour priority on request) seven days a week, 365 days a year. Storm damage cover, seasonal clock changes and service reports are all provided with this service.
Our enhanced service, includes a 24 hour response, seven days a week, 365 days a year. No access service is also included.
Our standard service, based on a warranty contract (9-5pm), including 24 hour next working day response with fair wear and tear covered.
We can also design bespoke service contracts tailored to your needs or provide costings against your own specification. Contracts can include smoke detector cleaning and planned preventative maintenance.
