Once a system has been installed it is important that rapid and reliable support is available. Swift and responsive engineers, who are able to respond to a client’s requests for maintenance or service call, are a vital ingredient to Cirrus’s maintenance packages. We deliver a responsive national call-out service as well as a planned preventative maintenance service.

Cirrus maintains a variety of life safety and social alarm systems nationally, with over 500,000 units “on contract”, its engineer’s successfully complete over 70,000 reactive and 12,000 planned maintenance calls per annum.

Through a multi-tier service, our customers can select the level of maintenance call-out response their organisation and residents need. All Cirrus engineers are linked directly to Navision, a Microsoft service management system, by handheld XDA units. They can therefore receive detailed requests for service calls whilst on the road and react quickly. We also offer direct contact to our engineers, so the customer can easily keep a track of progress on a job.
